Michel Augsburger, MBA Leadership
Mr. Augsburger is a recognized and respected pioneer in the senior care industry. His entrepreneurial spirit and various professional ventures in acute, sub-acute, and congregate care have culminated in the formation of quality-focused, reputable and profitable assisted living communities in a number of states. Mr. Augsburger’s personal energy and charisma have made him a leader in health care for the past 27 years. His genuine interest in advancing the reputation of the senior care industry resulted in leadership positions at both the state and national levels serving as Chairman of the California Assisted Living Association and as Vice Chairman of the Assisted Living Federation of America.

Jeanne Murdoch, RN, MS Quality Operations
Ms. Murdoch is a pioneer in senior care. She began her nursing career in 1971 and has held various hands-on and leadership positions at university and acute care institutions. Ms. Murdoch possesses a remarkable gift for systems analysis and problem-solving. Her unwavering focus on quality of care guided the formation of a well-respected care program in the assisted living industry. She provides an astute perspective in risk management considerations by weighing care needs with business realities.

Cluney Stagg, PhD Finance and Development
Dr. Stagg possesses a rich and varied educational and professional background. He began his healthcare career after considerable achievements in the academic and environmental arenas. Since 1996, Dr. Stagg has provided expert direction in the acquisition and development of long-term care communities. In his roles overseeing operations and then finances, his intellect, coupled with his genuine honest and likeable demeanor, has garnered respect among financiers and peers.

Danit Cave, BS Administration
Ms. Cave provides a wealth of hands-on operational experience and a tenacity for excellence. Her human resource acumen and regulation expertise are the product of solid, well-rounded professional experiences in acute and long-term care facilities for more than 15 years. She is results-oriented with a deep understanding of the day-to-day challenges front-line staff face. Ms. Cave’s direct, yet empathetic approach to employee relations has fostered staff loyalty and respect.
