Residents at Chancellor Place can choose either a studio apartment or a one-bedroom suite (pictured). The spacious rooms allow for residents to bring treasured furnishings with them to help make their new home feel as much as possible like their old home. Furnished apartments are also available.
At Chancellor Place, residents are able to enjoy an enriched living experience free from difficult tasks and chores. In fact, we believe opportunities and experiences for seniors should be expanded and supported -- an active achedule of social and recreational events is specially designed to foster the ongoing mental and physical development of each resident.
Units all have private baths and kitchenettes. The one-bedroom suite includes a comfortable, spacious living room with ample space for casual entertaining or relaxation.
Because accommodations include regular housekeeping and linen service (plus personal laundry service), the living is easy at Chancellor Place. Rent includes all utilities except telephone and cable television, which are available as personally selected extras.
